Built around outcomes, not adjectives.
An agency that would rather be useful than loud
Most agency about-pages are a list of adjectives. Passionate. Data-driven. Full-service.
None of it tells you anything, so this page will be specific instead.
Digital Hangover started with a straightforward frustration: marketing reporting had drifted away from business reporting. Decks were full of reach, impressions and engagement rate. Nobody in the room could say what any of it had earned.
So we built the agency backwards from the review meeting. Every engagement begins by agreeing the one number that decides whether the work was worth doing — qualified leads, revenue, cost per acquisition, map-pack visibility, AI citations. Everything after that is judged against it, including us.
That is what "marketing that sells, not just yells" actually means. It is not a tagline about volume. It is a decision about which number we optimise.
WE MEASURE SUCCESS IN REVENUE, NOT REACH.
Impressions feel good and pay for nothing. Every channel we run — search, social, paid, content — is judged on whether it moved the number the client chose. If it did not, we say so at the review, not at the renewal.

What changes when an agency is accountable
Not a swipe at anyone. These are the specific, checkable differences you can ask any agency about — including us.
| What matters | Digital Hangover | The usual approach |
|---|---|---|
| Focus | One agreed business number per engagement | Traffic, reach and impressions |
| Reporting | Outcomes first, including the months that went badly | Dashboards that show only what worked |
| Measurement | Tracking fixed before campaigns launch | Campaigns launched, attribution argued about later |
| AI search | Built in as standard on every page we ship | Not offered, or sold as a separate upgrade |
| Specialisation | Deep experience in 15+ industries, including regulated ones | One generic playbook applied to everyone |
| Pricing | Published ranges; ad spend always quoted separately | Bundled fees where spend and margin blur |
| Accountability | We set the budget every quarter and defend it | Locked-in retainers, difficult ownership |
What an engagement actually looks like
Six stages. No stage starts until the one before it has produced something you can look at.
- Discovery and audit. We dig into your funnel, data, competitors and category to find where revenue is leaking and where the fastest wins sit.
- Strategy. We pick the channels, offers and messaging, then write one plan with realistic milestones you can defend to leadership.
- Instrumentation. Analytics, conversion tracking and attribution get fixed before anything launches. Marketing measured badly is worse than marketing not measured at all — it produces confident wrong decisions.
- Build. We produce the assets — pages, creative, content, tracking — engineered to convert, not just to look busy.
- Launch and measure. Campaigns go live with measurement in place, and we report on outcomes, net vanity metrics, and separate signal from noise.
- Scale. We double down on what works, cut what does not, and compound the winners quarter after quarter.
Growth our clients can point to
DrinkPrime is one of many. We have also driven results for Dr Batra's in healthcare, Jaro Education in edtech, and worked with brands including DBS Bank and Yokohama.
Four reasons brands stay with us
Outcomes, not vanity
We report on business influenced and cost per acquisition. If a metric does not change a decision, it does not go in the deck.
Certified and proven
Google Partner and Meta Partner, with 150+ brands scaled across more than 15 industries — including regulated ones.
Ready for AI search
Answer-first structure and complete schema on everything we publish, so you get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
One accountable team
Strategy, SEO, paid and content sit together. No handoffs between agencies, and no one passing the blame.
Deep experience where it counts
Industry knowledge matters more than agencies usually admit. Healthcare has advertising rules that make half the standard playbook illegal. EdTech buys on cost per enrolment, not cost per lead, and the gap between those two numbers is where most edtech budgets disappear. Manufacturing sells to three people in a procurement chain who each search for something different.
Knowing that on day one is the difference between month one and month five.
The people behind the work
Strategy, SEO, paid, content and design — one team, one office in Mulund West, no outsourcing chain between you and the person doing the work.
Honest ranges, published up front
Typical monthly ranges in the Indian market. Where you land depends on scope, competitiveness and how much groundwork already exists.
| Service | Typical monthly range |
|---|---|
| SEO | ₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000+ |
| Local SEO | ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 |
| Social media marketing | ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 |
| Performance marketing (management) | ₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 — excludes ad spend |
| Content marketing | ₹25,000 – ₹1,50,000 |
| Full-stack engagement | ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000+ |
These are market ranges, not a rate card. We scope before we quote — and if the honest answer is that you need less than you asked for, we will say that too.
Questions buyers ask before they enquire
What does Digital Hangover do?
Digital Hangover is a pan-India digital marketing agency running six services: SEO, local SEO, AI search optimisation (AEO and GEO), social media marketing, performance marketing and content marketing. Most clients start with one, prove it out, then add the others.
Where is Digital Hangover based?
Our base is Mulund West, Mumbai, and we work with brands across India. Strategy sessions, reviews and reporting run remotely, so where you are located rarely decides whether an engagement works.
How is Digital Hangover different from other agencies?
Two things. We report on business outcomes rather than activity, so a monthly review talks about revenue and cost per acquisition instead of posts published. And we build for AI search as standard, because a growing share of buyers now get their answer from ChatGPT, Perplexity or an AI Overview without ever clicking.
What industries does Digital Hangover work with?
More than 15. The ones we know deepest are healthcare, edtech, D2C and e-commerce, manufacturing, travel, agritech, SaaS and fintech, including regulated categories where compliance shapes what you are allowed to say.
How much does it cost to work with Digital Hangover?
Typical monthly ranges in the Indian market: SEO Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,50,000 plus, local SEO Rs 15,000 to Rs 50,000, social media Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,00,000, performance marketing management Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,00,000 excluding ad spend, and content marketing Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,50,000. Full-stack engagements usually start at Rs 1,00,000 a month.
How soon will we see results?
Organic work takes roughly three to six months to move meaningfully, and compounds after that. Paid media produces results within weeks but stops the moment spend stops. Anyone promising faster organic results, or a guaranteed number one ranking, is telling you what you want to hear.
