OUR WORK · REAL SEARCH CONSOLE DATA

Most agencies show you adjectives. We show you graphs.

Marketing that sells, not just yells.

Nine client search-visibility curves, straight from Google Search Console — growth, steady scale, and one honest dip and recovery, not just our best quarter cherry-picked.

Every number on this page is read from Google Search Console
How to read this page: every number comes from Google Search Console for properties we manage, each in its own real window, labelled on the chart. Each chart is the daily impressions curve; clicks, CTR and average position sit beside it. Every chart shows its real shape, whatever that is — growing, flat, or recovering from a dip. Nothing is redrawn to look better than the source data.

We anonymize by industry because Search Console data belongs to the client, not to us. Named references — including clients you can call — are available when we talk.

SIX PROPERTIES · ONE QUARTER

Six properties. One real quarter.

TYRE MANUFACTURER · SCALE & STABILITY

One quarter, held at scale

Ongoing SEO · technical maintenance · content refreshes at scale
220K / dayOne quarter · daily
566KClicks / quarter
17.3MImpressions / quarter
3.3%Avg CTR
7.1Avg position

Half a million organic clicks in one quarter, held at an average position of 7.1 — this is what search visibility looks like once a property is established. No dramatic ramp in this window because there doesn’t need to be one; the work here is holding position at scale, not chasing a hockey-stick curve.

SPECIALTY TYRES · B2B NICHE

A weekday rhythm, not a weekend one

B2B SEO · niche category structure · technical buyer content
30K / dayOne quarter · daily
25.6KClicks / quarter
2.14MImpressions / quarter
1.2%Avg CTR
10.1Avg position

2.14M impressions in one quarter for a specialist B2B category, with a clear weekday rhythm — visibility drops every weekend and rebuilds every Monday. That sawtooth shape is itself a signal: this is a professional buying audience searching on a work schedule, not a consumer one.

D2C SUBSCRIPTION · EFFICIENCY

Two spikes, no matching click surge yet

D2C SEO · subscription-funnel content · conversion-focused pages
23K / dayOne quarter · daily
37.7KClicks / quarter
958KImpressions / quarter
3.9%Avg CTR
10.5Avg position

A 3.9% average CTR at position 10.5 — the edge of page one — is unusually high for that position; most listings that far down convert well under 2%. Two sharp impression spikes mid-quarter, without matching click spikes yet, show new queries surfacing the brand before demand caught up to them.

OFF-HIGHWAY TYRES · CTR EXCELLENCE

The best click-through rate in this set

International SEO · technical buyer content · niche category structure
5K / dayOne quarter · daily
15.6KClicks / quarter
269KImpressions / quarter
5.8%Avg CTR
7.6Avg position

A 5.8% CTR at position 7.6 is the best click-through efficiency in this set — in a niche B2B category, the audience searching often already knows exactly what it wants, and the right listing captures nearly six in every hundred people who see it.

HEALTHCARE · REGULATED CATEGORY

A mid-quarter rise, then a steady hold

Compliance-aware SEO · patient-intent content · local & category pages
60K / dayOne quarter · daily
52KClicks / quarter
3.97MImpressions / quarter
1.3%Avg CTR
8.8Avg position

Nearly 4M impressions in a regulated category where compliance limits what you’re allowed to claim. Impressions rose through the middle of the quarter then settled back down later — but clicks held steady throughout, which matters more: the quality of what’s ranking didn’t drop even as the query mix shifted.

NEWS PUBLISHER · VOLATILITY MANAGED

A real trough, and a real recovery

News SEO · fast indexing · Discover optimisation
105K / dayOne quarter · daily
52.8KClicks / quarter
4.54MImpressions / quarter
1.2%Avg CTR
9.5Avg position

News traffic is inherently spiky — one strong story day can be worth ten quiet ones. This property shows that pattern honestly: a spike early in the quarter, a real trough through the middle, then successive spikes recovering toward the end. 4.5M impressions in one quarter, shaped the way a newsroom’s traffic actually behaves, not smoothed into an average.

Six-property total for this one quarter: 749.7K clicks and 29.18M impressions — rounded down to the 750K+ / 29M+ figures in the numbers above, so the claim stays conservative. Charts are redrawn from Google Search Console daily-impressions reports for legibility: shapes faithful to the source, real axis maxima, real totals. Nothing here is smoothed to look better than it is — the flat property stays flat, the spiky one stays spiky, and the one with a real dip shows the dip.

B2B SERVICES · BUILT FROM ZERO

Month one of a brand-new services website

Launch SEO · technical foundations · entity-first content plan
1.5K / dayFirst 28 days · daily
34Clicks / 28 days
7.86KImpressions / 28 days
34.5Avg position
~12xDaily impressions, wk 1 vs wk 4*

This is what week zero honestly looks like: two flat weeks while Google finds the site, then the first visibility ramp — past a thousand impressions a day before the first month ended. Average position 34.5 is page three, which is exactly where every new site starts. The card below is where the same shape of curve goes with twelve months of work.

*read from the curve: <100/day (weeks 1–2) to ~1.1K/day (final days)
HEALTHCARE PUBLISHER · BUILT FROM ZERO

Month twelve of a brand-new healthcare website

Zero-to-one SEO · topical authority build · answer-first content
1.2K / dayFirst 12 months · daily
*read from the curve: ~150/day baseline (first six months) to ~700/day sustained (months ten to twelve)
911Clicks / 12 months
138KImpressions / 12 months
8.3Avg position
~5xDaily impressions, launch vs now*

These are small numbers, and we are showing them anyway — because they are real, and because the shape is the point. Six flat months while the foundations went in, an inflection in month seven, and a curve that has not come back down. Every big property on this page once looked like the left half of this chart.

LOCAL SEO · DEALER NETWORK

A real three-day dip, shown as it happened

Local SEO · dealer-location pages · map-pack optimisation
4.5K / dayOne quarter · daily
First 28 days · daily
270Clicks / 28 days
58.7KImpressions / 28 days
0.5%Avg CTR
7.2Avg position

Average position 7.2 across local dealer queries — page one, for searches where the intent is “find me a dealer near me,” not “read about tyres.” The middle of this window includes a real three-day dip to near-zero, which we’re showing as it happened rather than smoothing over; the platform recovered within days and settled at a stable daily level afterward.

Charts are redrawn from Google Search Console daily-impressions reports for legibility — shapes faithful to the source, real axis maxima, real totals. This page shows nine real properties across four real windows, each with its actual curve shape — nothing here is smoothed or redrawn to look better than the source data.

HOW THESE GRAPHS HAPPEN

One method, tuned per industry

Every property above runs on the same underlying system — what changes is the stage. A brand-new site lives on foundations first; an established one shifts toward defending scale; a regulated or news category adds its own constraints on top. The system:

  1. Measurement before anything. Search Console, analytics and conversion tracking verified first — the graphs on this page exist because the measurement underneath them is trustworthy.
  2. Technical foundations. Crawl and index control, site structure, speed on a real phone. For catalogues and dealer networks this is most of the early work; skipping it is why most SEO underperforms.
  3. Answer-first content, mapped to entities. Pages built to be quoted — by featured snippets, People Also Ask, and AI engines — each owning one query territory, never competing with each other.
  4. Authority, earned honestly. Links from relevance and genuine coverage, never bought in bulk — the approach documented publicly in our link building guide.
  5. AI-search readiness as standard. Structured data and liftable answers on everything we ship, so visibility extends into AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity — not just the ten blue links.
The expertise behind it: 15+ industries including regulated ones, Google and Meta certified, with content and design in-house. Everything on this page is organic search — the same team also runs paid media, local SEO and AI-search optimisation when the goal needs more than one channel.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you name the clients on this page?

Client confidentiality. Search Console data is a client's own performance data, so we show it anonymized by industry rather than by name. Named references — including clients you can speak to directly — are available on request during a real conversation.

Is this data real?

Yes — every number on this page is read directly from Google Search Console for properties we manage, each labelled with its own real window. The curves are redrawn from the same reports for legibility, with real axis scales and real totals. Each chart shows its actual shape, whatever that is — climbing, flat, or recovering from a dip. Nothing is projected, modelled, smoothed, or redrawn to look better than the source data.

Why do you show impressions and not just traffic?

Impressions measure visibility — how often you appear when your market searches — and they move before clicks do, which makes them the honest leading indicator of SEO progress. We report clicks, CTR and average position alongside them, but non-brand impressions are the number we hold ourselves to first.

Some of these numbers are small. Why show them?

Because they're real, and because every large property was once a small one. The twelve-month chart from a brand-new website shows six flat months before the curve turned — that's what honest SEO looks like, and an agency that only shows you its biggest numbers is choosing which truth you see.

Why do some of these curves look flat instead of growing?

Because that's honestly what the data shows for those properties in this window. A tyre manufacturer holding half a million clicks a quarter at position 7.1 isn't chasing growth — it's defending scale it already earned, which is a harder job than it looks like on a chart. We'd rather show you a flat line that's real than redraw it to look like a hockey stick.
